THE
TURTLE AND THE BUTTERFLY
Once upon a time, there were a turtle
and a butterfly. The Turtle was a wise teacher. The Butterfly was his student. In
one day, they came across each other in a canyon. The Butterfly was very upset.
The Turtle recognized it and asked him 'Why are you upset, what is your
problem?' The Butterfly answered 'I have a short life, I have most dreams but I
have limited time. I want to achieve my dreams.' The Turtle understood the problem of the
butterfly. Then, He said the butterfly 'Don't think so, it is not important
that life is short or long, the important thing is how we spend our time in our
life. Think two alives , the one has a long life and spend his time without doing useful
things, the other has a short life and use his time by doing useful things for
himself and someone around him. Which one is good? The long and vacant life or
the short and loaded life?' The Butterfly thought what The Turtle said and
decided that the short and loaded life was better than the others. Then The
Butterfly said ' You are right, yes I have a short life but I must spend my
time by doing good things, so I am happy and become an useful alive. As a
result, we must spend our life by doing useful and good things, even it is
short.
